What you’ll do

  • You will help plan cultural calendars and assist in brainstorming new content, with the opportunity to pitch and execute on new ideas.

  • Assist in writing social copy and post planning, under clear guidance.

  • Source on-brand imagery and inspiration.

  • Assist in researching and approaching influencer partners.

  • Assist in content capture for internal/external content promo, moments and events.

  • Assist with other administrative and copy tasks as needed.

Who you are:

  • Strong attention to detail with well-honed organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Keen eye for grammar and spelling.

  • A knack for using Instagram, and close familiarity with Instagram Stories.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage own time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eagerness and willingness to learn many different skills.

  • Creativity and a very keen sense of brand aesthetics.

  • Interest in and understanding of the Instagram, and broader SM landscape, with passionate ideas about how to innovate and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Ability to provide your own laptop.

  • Los Angeles based

  • Being a student/recent graduate of a degree in marketing, journalism, or communications a plus.

We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail oriented person to join Pets on Q as a comission-based Talent Manager:

What you’ll do:

  • Manage opportunities for clients on a day-to-day basis including brand partnerships, licensing, and merchandise

  • Work with Founder and Director of Media to align talent with the right branded content project across the sales pipeline from RFP to Post-Sale

  • Develop new business relationships that translate into meeting revenue goals

  • Create custom proposals for brand partners

  • Facilitate the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns and act as a liaison between influencers and brand partners

  • Maintain client and brand relationships

  • Participate in pitches and client meetings

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment!
